We do estate sales for families who are overwhelmed by the requirements of removing the detritus of long life. We go in and try to make it easier and less stressful by doing what would take them so much longer.
We set up the sale, we price the items, we display them to sell, we sell them, we entertain our customers all the time they are finding the treasures lurking within the cupboards, corners, boxes, trunks, basements, attics, closets and under every last piece of paper.
After they bought fabric, clothes, crafts and furniture
so little left by comparison but enough for a yard sale.
We've done over 1000 sales for families who needed assistance. From large ones that required hundreds of hours to small ones that fit within a small apartment. We step in when sentiment, memories, grief, lack of time, distance from the loved one, and lack of knowledge of the resale market hamper them.

Before and After photos of one estate we did. It took a full month of 8 hour days x 1 person and 2 weeks of another person. But there were 250 people in line and we cleared out most of the items present. This was a hoarder who had not 1 but 32 shovels (just one example).
